To be the premier provider of professional and affordable small business education, technical and management assistance, training and other related services in the USVI, both now and in the future, through sole sources, and collaboration with other public and private sector entities.

To assist in the creation and expansion of emerging and existing small businesses through the delivery of the highest quality of professional business counseling, technical assistance and educational services.

To help small businesses gain a broader perspective of their markets (and how to serve them) in an effort to help expand the growth and stability of the USVI economy.

To assist the United States Virgin Islands residents, prospective and existing business owners with effective planning, management tools, best practices, preventive measures, helpful tips, small business guides and other resources, the UVI-SBDC provides Free Business Counseling Assistance with Business Loan Applications, Business Plans, Marketing Plans, Research, Surveys, Information Gathering, and Many Other Applicable Small Business Areas.

Small Business Development Center Seminars/Training/Outreach Programs are also offered in a myriad of small business areas on a regularly scheduled basis. For more information on the Center's counseling, training, and outreach services, please contact SBDC offices at the following locations:
