The Virgin Islands Small Business Development Center (VI SBDC) is a delivery service of management, technical, and training assistance to small businesses in the United States Virgin Islands.We serve as a community outreach program of the University of the Virgin Islands - Research & Public Service Component designed to foster the development of small businesses.  VI-SBDC utilizes the University’s resources of professors, staff and students, as well as business consultants in the private sector. 

The Center provides broad-based management and technical assistance to:

• Persons who would like to own their business
• Persons who are ready to start a business
• Persons who are already in business

 VI SBDC MISSION:  To assist emerging and existing small businesses through high quality professional business counseling and training, contributing to the economic growth of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

VI SBDC VISION: To be the premier provider of small business services.

The Virgin Islands Small Business Development Center is a partnership program of the University of the Virgin Islands and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
